Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our hand-made products and ingredients, we do not except refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final once shipped. However, if your item comes defective, or if you received the wrong order, please reach out to us within 3 business days of receiving your package to resolve the issue. We will not be held liable for damages that occur in transit.
Delays, Lost/Stolen, and Damaged Items
Shipping may be delayed due to postal facility service disruptions caused by weather-related and other natural disasters, special events, or other changes impacting service.
Once your package leaves our facility, the courier is responsible for delivery. We will not be held liable for damaged, stolen, lost, or delayed shipments. Please make sure to enter correct address at time of purchase. Once orders are shipped, errors and inquiries must be communicated directly to the courier indicated within your shipping confirmation email.
